These terms apply to purchases from Donnie’s Dog Shop.

Orders

All prices are in Australian dollars. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

Delivery

We deliver to Australian addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. See shipping.

Returns

See returns & refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
