Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from Australian warehouses. See shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch is usually 1-3 business days, then 2-8 business days for delivery. You'll get tracking by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go to the warehouse quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us straight away and we'll do our best.

My item is faulty or damaged — what do I do?

Contact us with your order number and a photo. See returns & refunds.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Are your toys safe for my dog?

Always supervise your dog with new toys, choose the right size for your dog, and remove toys that become damaged.
